I am a certified yoga breath coach, I want to help you manage your nervous system. Through a series of private or group classes, I will work with you and show you how to use your breath to help manage your daily life.
To help you reach your breathwork goals, I will coach you through a personalized breathing plan that is scientific, simple, safe, and effective. If you want to manage your nervous system, control your stress response, manage your energy levels, balance your moods, and feel more focused, or if you want to use your breath to help with various health issues such as digestion, I am here for you!
I will guide you through simple, scientific breathing exercises that you can use to quickly to effect your autonomic nervous system. I will teach you to use your breath to shift your autonomic nervous system from rest or digest (parasympathetic nervous system) to fight or flight (sympathetic nervous system), and visa versa. Breathwork is a self-soothing coping tool that you can use anytime to help you live a happier, healthier life.
I will show you how to use your breath as a healthy, selfcare tool that will improve your overall health and well-being. I'll help you make sustainable changes to your life force that you can use anytime, for the rest of your life .

Do you feel wired, tired and stressed? Is your nervous system feeling out of control? As your breath coach, I will help you take back control of your nervous system by showing you how to normalize and train your breath. Through a series of private classes, or workshops you will learn about 3 different breathing categories and 6 different breathing techniques. At Breathe With Kristin, I believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. I will strive to help you achieve this state by providing personalized breathwork coaching that you can use to help you anytime.
The breathwork I show you can be used during different times of the day to help you wake up and go to sleep! You can use different breathing techniques to prepare your nervous system for a workout or to help you digest your food! Breathwork can be used as a tool throughout the day to help balance your moods, digestion, anxiety, stress, breathing problems and more! You will learn when you should apply your newly learned breathing techniques to your daily life.
My breathwork coaching classes will teach you the science, history, and physiology behind breathwork, and how your breath effects your nervous system and HRV. We will also do some breath testing, and work on some breathing with mindfulness exercises. I will put you on the right path to breathing properly and make sure you are not breathing 'backwards', as breathing backwards causes low-grade stress.
PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS - My private, online or in-person coaching sessions cost $200 for 4 classes. Right now, I am running a sale for $25 off! With this class you are always welcome to bring a friend for free!
WORKSHOPS - I offer a 1 hour mini-workshop at your place of business or a 2-part series workshop for 1 hour each. I can also offer online workshops. Pricing depends on the amount of people and can be discussed privately.
